just yank that biotch off!! OR if you have a little patience you can work from one side to the other by pulling out and cutting the plastic pieces behind it off little by little with some wire cutters, knife, or anything else you have along those lines. does that make sense!?!?

I think the two top holders are a plastic "bolt" with a nut securing them (the rest are metal clips) I tried to unscrew the nut the right way for about 45 mins. and did nothing but scratch up my arm. then I got really pissed and ripped it off, I only broke one of the plastic bolts because I did it at an angle. if you pull it straight it should be ok. the plastic threads strip but you can rethread the nut back on

Just yank, start with the bottom sides and the top gets pulled last.
