I want to replace my GMMG tips.
I have a GMMG exhaust but I really don't care for the tips. Is it possible to replace them with something else? Has anyone replaced theirs? I like the Corsa premium tips, but don't know if I want to shell out $300 just for tips. Would the SLP dual/dual tips fit on it? Any other recommendations? Thanks.

Which tips do you have? The wide oval ones or the round slash cut ones? I looked at your pics but couldn't tell if they were stockers or GMMG slash cuts.
I have a brand new never installed set of GMMG slash tips that would bolt right on if that is what you are looking for. I never used them as I have CME on my car mated to my GMMG cat-back. I would only be interested in trading these new tips for a set of used oval tips if you have them.
These are the ones I have.......just not installed

These new ones from SLP are pretty sweet and have your 2.5" inlet. They are also Corsa-ish and 304 stainless:

i also have those plain old GMMG tips (they blow). you think shelling out $300 for corsa tips is crazy? all the CME parts (2 90 degree bends, tips, valence) cost $525 from slp and you still have to get the valence painted. that's $600 *just* for tips.
and yes, i'm gonna get them.

why waste money on tips? I have no tips on my GMMG and it looks great! also lots of people think its a v6 because they dont see duels comming out the back. but then they hear the LTs thru the GMMG

Because good looking tips really improve the overall appearance of your car and I DO NOT want to be confused w/ a V6. I bought an SS, if I wanted a sleeper I would have bought a Z.
Im glad Im not the only one who thinks the round slash cut tips of the GMMG suck donkey *****.

I used the slp dual/dual tips on my gmmg. I prefered them over the stock oval tips and plus I already had the dual/dual tips on my shelf. Now the factory oval gmmg tips are on the shelf. Here is a view for you.
