Here is what is unfolding. I am recovering my SS' door panels. I took the cardboard backing off where the carpet is o n the bottom of the door and now it WILL NOT go back on and I cant fix it b/c the plastic is to thin. IF anyone knows how to fix it.... PLEASE pm me and tell me how..... Thanks

Glue the cardboard back on??

Liquid Nails has a really strong clear adhesive that works great . . .

i used a glue gun to put mine back on, i filled the holes in the cardboard with glue then slid it onto the bottom panel, worked just fine.
