Default smoking taillights

im giong to put some smoked clear coat on the tailights on the TA. What sandpaper should I use to scuff it? Also what can I use to remove the bird and trans am from the panel inbetween the lights. its really faded and i would like to take i toff.

I wet sanded with some 2000 and buffed it back out...

I vote to get the blackout covers. They look the same if not better and are much easier and less of a risk.

Hell....I like the tinted ones, that's what I'm going to end up doing with mine. If it doesn't look good you can also sand it off and buff it back out.
