Default Ebay halo shipping

WTF

I was looking at the halos on ebay for my car and most were $108-$125 range but then i scroll down and see shipping is $45. What the hell is that all about the cheapest shipping i found was $40. What a rip. I'm still gonna get them but man here i was thinking maybe $10 for shipping so about $118 for a set but the cheapest is going to be $153 what a rip. Anyone know why they charge such outragous shipping. I figure it's just he seller trying to make more money but why not just put it in the price and be up front and honest instead of hidding it in shipping.

They're all selling the same thing, so they try to lower the price to entice you to click, and make it back on the shipping.

The box is decent size, but it's nothing that large. Probably costs $15 or so to ship UPS Ground. Yes, they're making their profit on the shipping. They're probably listing the auction at or below their cost.
