Default best way to fix small paint scratches

I have a few small scratches on my paint, none of them are deep or to the clearcoat. Is touch up paint the best way to fix them? What's the correct way to use touch up paint so it looks natural? And where can I get the matching color, navybluemetallic

Forget the touchup paint unless the scratch is deep enough to actually "hold" the paint. Otherwise for light scratches use some fine rubbing compound followed by a swirl mark remover and finally some wax.
