Question Optima Battery Cover Questions

Those who are running an Optima batteries with the snap-on plastic cover, which size battery are you running? I have been reading old threads and searching the internet and I have only been able to find the covers for the group 34/78 size. Optima recommends the group 75/35 for the f-body. I have read that the 75/35 fits perfectly...is a cover available for these or just the 34/78? Any thoughts, suggestions, advice, etc would be appreciated!

When I got mine the cover was only available for one size Optima Battery. The battery is a little larger than the stock battery, so a small part of the tray had to be cut off to get it to fit.

Yep, only for the larger size.. you will have to trim a few things to get it to fit but it's no biggie.. You cut off the stop on the tray so the battery can slide further away from the radiator.
