i have a 1996 firebird formula... and i took off the door panels to change out window motors... and i saw how easy it would be to recover the grey door instert....... do you think it would look bad it i recovered it in red leather and have a matching shift boot made?

I dont know about red, but I think the plastic panels on the doors would look much better covered in leather of the same color. post some pics if you do it.

depends on how bright the red is, blood red would look bad ***

i think i may do bright.... because the dark red kinda looks out of place... i think i may do the centers of my seats also..

I have seen it done in a white T/Z with black interior he wrapped it in white leather looked really good...
