Default Waxing the windshield

I read a while back on a topic about RainX that some of you instead just use the wax for the car's body. Since my RainX is almost out and it's starting to rain a lot I thought I'd pull back out into the rain, wash all the glass and pull back into the garage to dry it off and then - well wax it.

I have a few different waxes though and I'm not sure which to use, if any.
Does anyone have good/bad experiences with doing this?
I've got a tin of Mothers pure carnauba paste wax, Mothers spray detailer, Klasse All In One and Sealant Glaze. There are probably some other old, random waxes lying around too.

Opinions please.

I use either Zaino Z6, or Menzerna FMJ, I've had good results with either, rain beads up and blows off, I wouldn't use a carnuba wax, as I've had windshields streak using those

I do mine with the same stuff I use on the paint. Either Meguiar's NXT or Gold Class.

I have used zaino z2 and z5 on mine.. no streaks and no problems. My truck glass gets a coat or turtle wax liquid carnuba, or the zaino when I do it, no problems.
