From what I've seen they came only as a kit with a keychain, LOB certificate, and the decals. I saw them on E-bay every blue moon and could kick myself for not getting one. They were like $100 and I haven't seen them for a while.
I found a website that you could put yourself on a waiting list but, I can't find the link anymore. Anyway, it didn't look to promising.
If anyone else comes up with more info I would also GREATLY appreciate it.
