Default How to get waterstains out

Like the title says how would i get waterstains out of my ta... i bought it in december and they were there mostly on the hood/spoiler but theres also some on the windows just wondering what i can use to get them out

I would try a claybar, and even vinegar and water mixture will remove them as well as metal polish.

I think he might be talking about water spots...but pics would be good. If they are water spots, vinegar and water works good but if they are stubborn you might want to use some steel wool for the windows and clay bar for the body.

vinegar isnt bad for the paint?

after thinkin about it...i figured he might be talkin about water spots...but he said they been there since like DECEMBER

waterspots on glass mother's chrome polish, On the paint clay bar it.

white vinegar or look around a little. They make stuff to take off tough water stains now

thanks and yea they are like waterspots that just wont come off with cleaner wax ect... i guess ima have to try a claybar and see what else i can find

waterspots on glass ??? glass cleaner!!!!! the rest wax...

they arent water spots... it looks like the guy who had the car before me kept it outside so on the hood/spoiler and a little on the rear window/t tops there are these stains that look like water just sat there for a long time... i waxed it with some meguires nxt figuring they'd come right out and they didnt so i guess next is a prewax cleaner and claybar unless anyone knows of a product specifically to take out hard water stains/spots

50/50 mix of distilled water and white vinegar does the trick for me. Rinse well afterward, then re-wax.

I tried the water/vinegar thing yesterday. It works great on my paint!!

Could you use water and viniger on the paint in the engine compartment, even though its not cleared?

I have had the same problem with my T/A and nothing worked I just gonna have it done professtionally

3M fine cut compund. You then have to polish and wax afterwards, but it does work.

If it's water spots, polish will fix it if claybar or white vinegar doesn't. if it's sap or bird poo you might be screwed.
