Lightbulb Who else has this problem?

Not anymore HAHA.. I decided while I was washing my moms z28 this morning to let her car be the guinea pig.. You know the strip on top of your car in between the t-tops!! Well, hers was like a purple color with water spots on it..Here is some pics of what I did and how:

1) wash the car
2) put in a cool garage or covering
3) I used 3m scratch remover but im sure and type of scratch remover polish will work
4) Meguiers plastic polish
5) Coat of Gold class wax!

Here are some pics and also some pics of my moms 2000 with 24,000 on the odometer..enjoy

Watch out for the huge finger

wow... only 24k on the clock and it's that bad already?

I hope she daily drives it and rarely washes and waxes the car, mine has 60k and it looks like the after pic

looks clean for a mom's car though, my moms never looks that clean... lol

Nice work. Did you do that by hand or with a machine?
