Has actual paint chip charts form the 1890's through 2006. Of course you may be limited by your monitor and the size of the chips, but it is a good reference and starting tool to aid in narrowing down your choices.
I also use:
http://www.paintscratch.com
extensively but this other site is a bit more complete and shows the actual color chips rather than just a color representation.
