Do the GTO fuel rail covers fit f-bodies???
I'm considering doing a set of fuel rail covers and I like the way the GTO's look, but I didn't know if they fit the f-bodies. Anyone's who done it and has pics, please post up.
I tired searching, but it's not working right. Either that or I'm an idiot.
Thanks guys.

Yes, MAJOR cutting and they would look very hacked up by the time your done. Try Afterthoughts Auto(sponsor) for the ABSOLUTE BEST in custom painted fuel rail covers. 700+ sets can't be wrong.

Well the reason I was loooking at the GTO covers is I like the way they are squared off and have a lip to the front of them. But if they won't fit, then I don't want to spend $100+ only to hack them up and be back at square one.
I did see a nice engine cover on the power tour that I'd like to get, but I haven't been able to locate it anywhere. It says mallet on the 'fake' valve cover, but I wasn't able to locate it on their site.

Even after talking to the guy for an hour or so, I never found out about the engine cover and now I wish I had.
I'm just brainstorming as I'm not sure what I want to do with my engine compartment at this point. Maybe I'll grab a cts-v cover and play with that.
I'll just keep looking around.

Most of the GTO engine isn't under the cowl like the f-body.... hence the problem.
If you have an f-body and you want mild to wild custom stuff check out Afterthoughts Auto==>... seriously, take an actual peak at their website and give 'em a call. Cheap considering the effort that goes into 'em.

there you go. you can see every single cut (all 3 of them)with these pics. of course i dont have the air system on any longer which would have required some additional cutting on the back. i havent decided how i want to finishe them yet and how i want to eliminate the gto but you get the idea.
