Roll cage
my next two mods will be a roll cage and custom upholstered red suede racing seats. Ive got the racing seats all figured out and racing harnesses in mind but i need help with the roll cage. My uncly said it be better to build one and he builds race cars and i agree, but i dont know how and hes a total *******. So, where can i find a nice roll cage 6 points or better? Do you guys recomend painted it or matching it to the seats or maybe line-x or rhino bedliner? Has anyone heard of the kind that goes clear back to the trunk and is supposed to tie your wentire body together for strength? i saw that on DIY network on tricked out, they put one on an integra and i thought it was a cool idea and i was wondering if anyone made one of those for our cars and if it be worth choosing over a roll cage!

If you buy one thats pre-made go with a Wolfe Racecraft 6 point, excellent fit and design friends dad had it powdercoated white to match his 10 second trans am. I had one custom built, go to this website and see its under matt's 01 camaro.

nice dude! is that a cross bar going across your backseat?lol why keep them if you cant use em? your interiors black, the cage is black, and the photos are dark so maybe they're just misleading

thanks again i just cheked out wolfe racecraft they seem to be the way to go. An 8 point chromoly for under 450? how can you beat that? im assuming when they say get sfc down bars to make it an 8 point cage them mean the rear bars go down and instead of stopping where they do they just connect to the sfc's right?
