Carpet Who here has replaced the carpet in their car? I just bought new seats and need to get carpet with it. I obviously want the GM carpet, but its also 500 bucks... not so cheap. Anyone replaced their carpet with anything other than the GM stuff that they like?

I took out my carpet and got it cleaned, then put it back in. It was a major pain in the rear.
If I were you I would find a good aftermarket carpet company and go with black carpet, that is, if you have the charcoal interior. I just think the factory grey looks to light.

Try searching, I'm pretty sure I've come across a thread like this before. My advice is to get some light weight carpet, GM stuff is heavy atleast mine is.
