camaro or TA? If it's a camaro, there should be two screws/adjusters that have star heads near or around your headlights. Find those and twist until you get them where you want them...btw, they are a PITA.

What I did was aim the headlights low, to avoid blinding other drivers. I dont have a retrofited headlights. The only problem with that is the gaps between the headlight and the bumper, but im cool with that.
