What to use?

What do you guys use to moisture and condition weatherstripping and all that rubber stuff thats on the exterior usually? Is back to black good to use? Prefer something that I can pick up local, but any input is appreciated.

Back to Black is far and away the worst product Mother's makes, imo.

303 Aerospace is my first choice.
