Question mounting A/F gauge in vent?

Can anyone help me mount this 2 ½ inch gauge im trying to mount it in the ac vents of my car. The problem is that the ac vent is a 3 ¼ inch hole. Can anyone think of a way I can mount or event mold the gauge in to it? I want the gauge to look good and I want to put 1 or 2 leds in the same vent.

I have thought of making a Mock up of this in clay but then im drawing a blank on how to do it after that.

custom cut yourself some plexiglass (1/4" minimum" and add some LEDs behind that maybe scuff it so it's frosted...you'll like the result...like a halo for your gauge

Duff

something like this. . .
