Foam pads for buffers that use elastic pads? Do they make them?
I've got an older random orbital buffer and the pads attach to the wheel like the cheapo 10" buffer pads with the elastic band around the top.
HOWEVER, this is a pretty nice buffer and its a 6", does anyone know if they make foam pads for it that attach with the elastic instead of like a porter cable pad from lake county attaches?
I got the buffer free and it works really good but the pads I had for it are old and one tore and I can't find replacements...

even those older 6" orbitals just dont have enough speed and torque to provide any cutting power..
using a foam bonnet for application is better than a terrry bonnet unless you are looking for cutting power.. be careful, becuase using a terry bonnet can induce some micromarring that that type of orbital won't be able to correct.
also .. sent you a pm
