Default frc on fast intake

just a question? i have not seen this yet. do fuel rail covers fit with a 90mm fast intake. post pics if u have this set up....

Yes they "fit"... I put that in "" because dont expect them to lay right on the 90mm intake. In order to get mine to snap onto the fuel rail and onto the coil studs, I had to take material off of the "humps" in the cover. The FAST runners are wider and larger than the stock LS1 intake runners. So you need to trim them a tad to make it fit good. I used a 2" sanding drum on my drill. Made easy work and the 2" drum helped to keep the round shape.

Also you need to trim in the appropriate areas for them to clear certain objects in the engine bay.

Here is mine...just the drivers side. This is on an 87...but same idea. If you want, I can snap a closer pic looking right at the runners, but its pretty obvious what you have to do once you lay it on there.





AFASTYZFR1 you trimmed yours as well correct??
