Default HELP removing seatbelt!

hey guys,
someone snapped my shoulder seat belt guide so i need to remove the passenger side seat belt to thread it through the new guide. How do i get the seatbelt unbolted from the floor? I have a 99' Pontiac Trans AM. thanks.

Torx wrench (star wrench) on a socket, not the ones shaped like an "L" and a good breaker bar or ratchet combined with some muscle and you're good.
