Im wanting to get those bright headlights for my 1998 Z28. I was wanting the ones for my foglights so it matches. What are those bulbs called? I like the ones that look whiter like the BMWs have. Rather than the blue import looking ones. My question is: What are these bulbs called and what ones do I need for my car?

HID kit is what you are looking for. I have it for my car. No more high beams for me my 8K HID plenty bright for me.

Sylvania Silverstar bulbs are not brighter, they are only whiter. There is a difference. The blue tint on them (and other tinted bulbs) makes the light look whiter, but the tint blocks some light so the bulbs are actually dimmer.

If you want brighter halogen bulbs look for (to name a few): Phillips VisionPlus (+30 & +50 versions), Narva RangePower (+30 & +50 versions), Tungsram Megalicht (+30 & +50 versions), GE NightHawk, Sylvania Xtravision
