Default Detaching seatbelt

How do you detach the base of the seatbelt? I have unscrewed and pried the big screw looking thing and cannot get it off...

You removed the torx screw or are you just talking about the plastics caps?

The bottom of the cap is kind of shaped like a "C". You need to put a flathead or anything else flat you could wedge between the cap and the other plastic part and turn the cap counter clockwise while you are prying up on it from the bottom.

Kind of hard to explain but hopefully it helps you.
