Default Best way of cleaning ceramic headers??

I crawled under my car the other day and noticed this dingey looking brown stuff at the bottom of my headers. They are ceramic coated pace-setters, and I need to get that **** off! Has anyone ever had this and gotten it all off? The car is no longer daily driven and its time to really get it looking nice all over again..

Try a high quality metal polish like Smithbrite, Wenol.. etc. If it's on top of the coating it will come off, if it's rusting from underneath the coating they have to be recoated.
