I just unbolted my backseat and went to pull it out, but.. the seatbelts are still attached. The screws are a weird * star shape and I can't unscrew them. I just pulled my spare and jack out, I really want this seat out too, please help thanks

They are naturally going to be tight so you just need a little more levarage. It may help to spray the bolts with some wd-40 or some equilivent.

The "weird star shape" bolts are Torques bits. Not sure that the size is on those (T-30 or T-40, maybe). I havn't had my backseat in the car in many moons.

I'm pretty sure the seat belt bolts are a T-50. I can check tonight when I get to the house...

The buckle bolts on the floor are T-50. The ones on the back of the seat that hold on the shoulder strap are smaller. Those are the ones I was refering to.

Ah ya... Those are the quite a bit smaller, maybe the T-30. Can't remember off the top of my head either.
