I have stock lights and man its hard for me to see at night. what can I do?

HID's will probably be the best answer.

Are your headlights adjusted properly?
The first time I drove my dad's SS after he bought it, we couldn't see at night due to the previous owner doing the whistler headlight mod, and not adjusting the headlights properly.
There are two torx fittings that can be used to adjust your headlight angle.
