Yeah, that TSB has been out for quite a while. I had the rattle problem on my '98 T/A, and it was really bad when it was hot out. It never rattled in the cold temps. go figure

Default TSB out for Loose seatbelt tensioner?

I think this is where my rattle is. I thought I read that there was a TSB out on this. If not, how hard is it to get behind the panel and tighten it myself? Also does anyone know if TSB's are done for free if your car is out of warranty? Thanks in advance!
