I have a stock 4l60e with a Vig3200 9" converter. Im due for a tranny service but I really dont want some random shop doing it and ******* stuff up. What should I do here? If I let like a Goodyear or whoever do it, what is the difference for them with that converter in there (i.e. amount of fluid, etc.)?? I also have a tranny cooler run in-line with the stock config through the radiator.

From a service perspective there should be no difference they would top it off till full just like with a regular converter.
