Default fti install need help

I put the stall in and bolted the trans up,went to put the tc bolts in and they are to short.anybody had this problem,and how did you fix it? thanks

Have you pulled the converter up to the flex plate yet . That needs to be done first by hand .

did you measure the gap first to see if you need to add a washer? when the converter is all the way back measure the gap. You want around 1/8th inch. if you have more then an 1/8th inch gap add a washer to each bolt.

converter spacing is very important
