Default Humming noise in overdrive

I just put a yank 3600ss in my car last night, it works great except when the car shifts into overdrive it kind of has a humming noise and a slight vibration at around 35-40. It goes away any higher than that. RPMS are kinda low, and I'm wondering if it's just a bad spot. It has 3.23 gears in it and a tune, but not tuned for the converter.

my card did the same thing after getting the tranny rebuilt, when you had it floored it would vibrate bad at the console, and driving easy you couldnt notice it as much but it hummed, turns out that there is a bracket for the tranny that has 3 settings and they had it in the wrong one so it was touching the floor.

i have the same problem that u have, get a trans tune so they can raise the mph when the trans shifts into OD, its like shifting a stick car into too high of a gear when going too slow, i just leave the car in third until i get to 40 mph then shift into OD,
