Question ? about tranny flush and fluid and filter change on TH-400?

Anyone have a walkthrough on how to flush it, what exactly do I need? I'd like to do this myself, and wanna get all the dextron out of it. The guy that installed the tranny was supposed to put type F in it, but didn't, so i'd like to flush out all the dextron, and fill her up with Type F, so what am I going to need, and how many quarts of fluid does a Turbo 400 with a 9" converter take to fill it? (the guy also overfilled it!)

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

PS - If this question sounds kind of dumb, sorry, it's just the first time i'm gonna try and flush a tranny or even change the filter and fluid (i've never really messed around with the tranny's in any of my cars before), and not sure if there was any kind of special stuff that I needed to buy to run through it, to make sure it's all cleaned out.
