4l60e wont shift 2nd to 3rd at wot i just had this thing rebuilt like 8 months ago and it was down for a bit had to do head gaskets on it and now when i drive normal crusiing shift perfect no probs but when i go wot it wont shift from 2nd just hits the rev limiter

its most likely a tune issue. my car did that ever since i bought it from the previous owner, all i did was used my hp tuners and dropped the 2-3 shift speed down 2mph and it doesnt bounce anymore.
