4l60e Not Shifting From Park I just bought this tranny used from someone I know. Theres a new pan gasket on it and Rocket supposedly went in there and replaced the valvebody. What could cause my trans not to shift from park?

And now I just heard my other tranny may be good but it wouldnt shift to 3rd or 4th because of a blown fuse. Anyone care to shed some light on me here?
And maybe the current transmission wont move out of park because of a blown fuse or otherwise electrical problem? The shop did indeed fill it with 12 quarts and plus up all the connections.
