best turbo 350 converter looking for a 3800 stall...going behind a 346 with about 500hp n/a plus another 200 shot of nitrous with 3.73's 9 inch and around 3400lb race weight...what do you guys recommend? thanks for the help

I would recomend an SST or SSW series 9" converter. These converters are race converters designed to be driven on the street. While they are not cheap they are fast. They are available with the new 10 plate mechanical diode and come with an after market cnc machined stator for your application. These converters are also available in a bolt together version.
