Just as the title states, is there a way to monitor transmission slip with a scantool?

Is there PID such as trans slip % or something like that?

Yeh you can view TCC slip by Rpm's through the pcm
Depending on your converter and who ever tuned it they disable the codes for that so that the converter doesnt set it off..
