I'm on a really tight budget, and I am doing heads/cam this winter. I have a converter lined up to the car, and a transgo hd-2, but I was wondering what parts would be good to upgrade to help the tranny hold up. The tranny has 65k on it and has never been touched. I haven't had a problem with it yet. It's going to have a good cooler on it also. The heads/cam combo I have made 420 rwhp on a z06.

I would consider and upgraded 3-4 clutch set and a beast sunshell at the very least if you dont have issue with going into the transmission.

Those boys @ Performabuilt know their stuff. I had a pump go on my 60e last spring, they shipped me all the stuff I needed at a very competitive price.
