Default transmission questions

right now i currently have a tci built transbrake rmvb th400.... its got a shortened first gear and i have 4.11's gears in the rear. going about 55mph im at about 3k rpm....
i would like to drive it on the freeway...
how would driving it about 65mph for about 1 hour affect the th400...
i plan on installing 3.70 gears fairly soon though too...
i do have a trans cooler. and gonna be connecting the trans temp guage. what a good operating temp for the th400. whats too hot so i know when to let car cool down

so the only thing i need to do is keep my eye on the trans temp guage and it would be a good safety precaution to connect a second cooler?
so all the people that say a th400 car can't be a daily is skurred!!!! lol
