Default Another 4l60e problem

my LS1 killed my 4l60e. 1st to 2nd is taking forever to shift, and if on WOT it hits red line and doesnt shift to 2nd, it simply cut offs. the other 2 gears are much better, but also not perfect. 2nd to 3rd is not smooth. the best gear is 3rd to 4th, very smooth as stock. so its time to rebuild, i searched and read alot of threads and found that everyone is going for better rebuild kits which can handle more power, and of course i won't keep my ls1 stock. So first:
1) whats wrong with my transmission ?
2) If i buy an overhaul rebuild kit ( clutches, disks, seals, etc..) will that fix the problem ?
3) is this good ? https://www.700r4l60e.com/store/prod...&cat=55&page=1 or should i go for the TCI pro kit on summit racing.
Thanks in advance

no my 4th gear is not engaging at all.. despite my driving style.
What is the problem in my gearbox ?.. if i order TCI's overhaul kit with the shift kit! is it enough ? or i also need the drums, servo's, or anything else ?
