Default flexplate on correctly?

is this the right way or do i need to flip it around?

i'm pretty sure it is but i just wanted to here from some others and hopefully some vendors

Hard to say from that angle but it looks backwards.
The OD should be futher away from the block than the ID.

Just put the converter against it, you'll see the mounting pads don't come close with the pilot all the way in the crank.

i was thinking that looked off. so the sticker on the other side should be facing towards the transmission? i'll flip it around and take another pic

as i remember, i think its around 7/16" gap from the back of the block(where the trans bolts) to the back of the flywheel teeth, for the starter to have proper engaugement
i have one sitting on an engine stand, i would have to throw a flywheel on to be sure, but that # hangs in my mind

The second set of pictures looks correct. With the label facing the transmission.
