4L85E with supermatic controller I'm thinking of getting a 4L85E (supermatic or otherwise) with the supermatic controller. Would the shifter assembly from a 07+ Cadillac STS work with this combination? Or is there an aftermarket dual gate tapshifter available for this sort of application? I only see 6L80/90 ones on Speartech too. I'm not looking for hardcore ratchet shifter, just a sporty tapshift. Any comments or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
