4L65E computer ?'s Thanks to all those that helped with the bel housing issue I am having. One more question, the 4L60-65E are electronically controlled obviously. Do they use a stand alone computer to work or do they have to go through the vehicle main computer? Can a stand alone be used?
In other words, can they be used behind a non-computer controlled engine, such as a carbed traditional Pontiac motor or even a diesel engine?
