Default Posted on wrong forum, Flexplate question

I am in the process of an LS376/480 crate and a 4L80E. The engine came with a flexplate that has female drive output, I am told that is for a Corvette. I also see in the GM book that "non-Corvette applications require flexplate P/N 12602448". My question, will the flexplate 12602448 work with the 4L80E? Or will the Corvette plate work? Hope to get the correct part number required, as I plan to enter an order for the 4L80E this week, if I can get a vendor interested in taking my order.

Your best bet is to call a sponsor on here. I just put that FP in my car but I cant tell you if it would work with 4l80e. Im not sure but I think it might have more to do with the converter lining up with the plate but like I said im not sure.
