Default Low idle in gear, vibrates like crazy. Converter?

Had this in the general maintenance thread but thought I would ask here as well.

99 Z28, A4
In gear, warmed up or cold, idle drops down to 500 and the car really starts to resonate and vibrate obnoxiously.
In neutral/park it goes away and idles at ~600-650
As soon as I take my foot off the brake and give it any gas, it goes away.

Got the car bone stock, I think it did it then as well, but now its definitely more noticeable. 114XXX miles.

I've done:

Plugs (NGK-TR55)
Wires (MSD)
Lid
Ported and cleaned my TB (don't think I fucked up any sensors)
LTs
ORY
SLP 2OTL
Deleted AIR/EGR

So of course it has codes still, I'll try to get them pulled tomorrow to see if that leads me anywhere.

Until then, any ideas?

Mine had really bad vibration after we loosened the trans mount to nudge the engine during header and motor mount install. I'd say first thing to check would be the trans mount itself and go from there.

I didn't mess with anything like that during install, but I'll check to be sure, thanks!

Is that what the tach is supposed to read?

I'm just going off what the stock tach is telling me.
Mine is a dead 500 cold or hot in gear.
