can a 1995 4l80e be used with 2001 6.0 ecm Helping my buddy Frank with his recent purchase.He bought a 2001 silverado 2500 6.0 with wire harness and ecm.The trans he got with it is a 1995 4l80e bar code(95BSP).Will the 2001 ecm control this trans or should he look for another 4l80e?Thanks for any help or info.
