4L60E swap...weird WOT issues...
This is a factory M6 car that was converted to A4 with Speartech harness. Built trans with Yank converter.
At WOT car shifts fine from 1-2 but on the 2-3 shift it goes into 3rd, but only for a second then shifts right into OD and converter locks immediately.
Car just falls on it's face then.
Any ideas?

HPtuners is fine, look to see the shift solenoid come on....they are both off in 3rd. If a solenoid is on when u are supposed to be in 3rd u will get 4th, and the prob is in the tune (mph threshold too low for 4th at wot). Both sol. on is 1st, drop 1 and u get 2nd, drop that one and u get 3rd(both off), turn 1st back on u get 4th.
4l60e does not shift, it is TOLD to shift by adding/removing power from 2 shift solenoids, based on the pcm commands that are based on sensor input and tune parameters.
The trans can shift or not if commanded, but CAN NOT shift without command from pcm.
