Default Car "shuddering" after rebuild?

I recently finished my 383 LS1 after my car sat for approximately 5 years. When I am driving at any speed other than say over 60 MPH and I let off the gas, the car "shudders" violently forward and back. When it does this, if I tap the gas or brake it stops, but, as soon as I go back to "coasting" it immediately returns. I have heard that it is the converter but it did not do this 5 years ago when it was running. I doubt I have 10,000 miles on the converter and I have new fluid. Any ideas what it might be or how to fix it? I have a built 4L60E and a TCI Streetfighter 3500. I am running a 236/244 cam in my 383.
