TH350 install help/info needed

Default TH350 install help/info needed

I have a TH350 with the JW bell housing, TCI flexplate and spacer, a standard old style TCI convertor. When put it all together there is a gap in the spacer and convertor, doesn't sit flush against the crank.


top of photo is flex plate, bottom is convertor

Do I need a different spacer? Is it okay to have this gap of about an 1/8 from being seated all the way?

I had to shim mine...it doesn't sit exactly flush either.
