Smile M6-->4L80e Need those part numbers

Picked up a 4L80e and need some guidance.

19257940 Flywheel bolts

19260102 Flywheel

12563532 Flywheel Spacer

TD34L80FM36 Lokar Dipstick

This harness? or another alternative?

Do I need to change my slip yolk?

Still need a4 pedals, I have hptuners.

What's a decent (cheap) shifter?

Also, I'm assuming this harness that's currently on the transmission is shot. Perhaps i'm wrong and its salvageable.

2004 transmission. What type of transmission controller are you using?

http://www.powertraincontrolsolutions.com/ has numerous options for controllers and harnesses

I have hptuners, so I was going to have my PCM reflashed as a 2500 truck. My next question is should I scrap the used harness that's on the tranny now, or just buy a new one and not risk the old one missing wires?

If you look at my last picture with my torque converter, if I get a new TCI flywheel will I still need the flywheel spacer?
