Yes you can. I personally have been going on a frost tune for over a year since I put my converter in and its works fine for how simple my setup is.

I just tuned mine with a Diablosport tuner, which seemed to work just fine. I adjusted the line pressures, shift points, & fuel trims/power enrichment.
